New Orlean’s Heritage & Jazz Festival kicks off the festival season every year when we get our rare few weeks of ACTUAL Spring weather here in Nola. This scent celebrates all the native flowers that bloom all over the city, lining the sidewalks all the way to the Fairgrounds, making it a mega hit for our floral fans but with a hint of citrus to make it bright and never overpowering.
